Mike Wfford - Chairman & CEO

Mike Wofford is a 35 year career executive with extensive domestic and international payment technology expertise. Industries include financial transactions (FDR, ACI, Planet) and broadband/telecom billing (CSG/Kenan/ICMS). Experience includes sales and implementations of large scale payment platforms for bankcards, e-commerce and mobile commerce. Mr. Wofford founded the Planet Group in 1996 and grew the company to 250 employees through a combination of organic growth andcompletion of 11 acquisitions. He founded GTSG in 2009 to develop and promote spontaneous mobile payments for commercial and non-profit enterprises.

Doug Lee - COO

Mr. Lee brings over35 years of successful experience as a COO with extensive experience in operations, technology, system development, finance, business development, human resource management and project implementation. He has served as COO for several business units in Lockheed Martin’s state and local business unit which later was acquired by Affiliated Computer Service (ACS) and now it is publicly traded as Conduent. Mr. Lee was in charge of the parking, photo enforcement, electronic benefits transfer (EBT), child support, childcare business units—each has annual sales of over $200M. He was the Senior Vice President of Operations for ACS and Xerox Services and was responsible for technology transfer, incentives, best practices, offshoring, and cost savings initiatives for the $6B Fortune 500 corporation. He founded End Results Consulting which provides technical and consulting services to various state and local governments and subcontracts with large firms. He earned his BS from Carnegie Mellon University and MBA from Cornell University.

Micheal Benson - CIO

Mike Benson is an IT professional with 40 years of experience in software development, licensing and executive management with extensive expertise in payment systems and business process management. Prior work experience includes President/Board Member – Workpoint Inc., V.P. Enterprise Automation, Insession Division, ACI Worldwide, Founder/CMO – Grapevine Systems, Inc., Director – Financial Systems (BASE24), ACI Worldwide.

Dawn Pegg - Chief Compliance Officer

Ms. Pegg brings 30 years of successful experience in the Financial Industry and Operations with First National Bank of Omaha, Wells Fargo Bank, and Bank of the West. She brings extensive experience in client services, operations, lending, regulatory compliance, audit, and legal and compliance. Ms. Pegg received certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt and Six Sigma Black Belt and an M.B.A., Business Management. She remains focused on developing and delivering superior business services and solutions, driving profitable revenue growth.

Dennis Altbrandt - Chief Financial Officer

Dennis Altbrandt brings a 40 year career in technology-driven growth companies. Extensive experience in private and public companies, including strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, venture and bank financings, foreign operations, public company reporting and investor relations. Prior roles: Founder/CEO - USA Self Employed, Founder/COO - Real Image Digital, CEO - Voice it Worldwide, Founder/CEO - Sunward Technologies, Partner - Avalon Ventures, CFO - Material Sciences, Inc., Group VP/GM - Itel Corp., Group Controller - Fairchild Semiconductor, Manager - Price Waterhouse & Co. David Petersen - CRO

David Petersen is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with 19+ years of senior leadership and board experience in private and public companies. He founded and led a telecommunications startup serving call centers and teleservices, growing it into one of Omaha’s Top 25 fastest-growing companies and earning national recognition as INC Magazine’s #235 fastest-growing firm. He pioneered the industry’s first On-Command digital recording system for customer care centers and co-founded VoiceCast International, where he developed multiple patents in prerecorded audio personalization for telephone and internet systems. Petersen brings deep expertise in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate legal administration across domestic and international markets. A recognized marketing and media placement specialist, he has executed successful campaigns for major brands including Eddie Bauer, Nextel, 1-800-Flowers, Sports Illustrated, Dish Network, Sprint PCS, T-Mobile, and BMG Music. His political marketing work spans local races through the 2000 U.S. Presidential election, including Governor Bush’s Florida get-out-the-vote effort. Mary Cederberg - Chief Marketing And Development Officer

Mary Cederberg offers more than 25 years of experience in revenue generation and client services. Her strengths include client management, project management, leadership and operations. Her primary focus is leading the engagement management team to consistently excel in service delivery by seeking to understand the specific needs of each client and the business value they want to attain with a product solution. Prior to joining GTSG, Ms. Cederberg held senior positions at Bellevue University, Douglas County, Tandem Computers and Federal Home Loan Bank..
